Clenched teeth? It’s a sign of excess stress and can impact the body in many unhealthy ways.

Tight jaw muscles are an indication of tension within the nerve system, sometimes called ‘sympathetic dominance’ or ‘Fright / Flight / Fight response’, and it has a powerful effect on your health.
