We Are Hiring – Mandarin & Cantonese Speaking Female Support Workers (South West Sydney)

Goodwill Care is currently seeking experienced female support workers to support a 50-year-old female participant in the community.

📍 Work Location:Revesby, Panania, East Hills & Padstow (South West Sydney)

Immediate Start Available

Language Requirement (Essential):• Must speak Mandarin and Cantonese as a first language• Must also speak and understand English

Role Includes:• Community access support• Assistance with cleaning and washing• Cooking Asian cuisine• Domestic assistance• Comfortable working in a home with a pet dog

Shift Details:• 9:00am – 6:00pm• Stable and consistent shifts available

Mandatory Requirements:• Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance• Relevant experience in disability/community support• Professional, reliable and culturally sensitive

Seeking Robust SDA Provider – South West Sydney (Revesby & Surrounding Areas)

We are currently seeking a Robust SDA property in the following areas:

📍 Revesby
📍 East Hills
📍 Panania
📍 Padstow
📍 Picnic Point
(or very close surrounding suburbs)

We are supporting a 50-year-old NDIS participant with progressive dementia resulting in severe cognitive impairment and high behavioural risk.

The participant requires:

• Robust SDA design category
• Secure and durable environment to mitigate absconding and safety risks
• Close proximity to family for ongoing informal support

Please note: SIL supports are already arranged with an existing provider. We are seeking SDA accommodation only.

This is an urgent placement due to escalating safety concerns. We are looking to connect with providers who:

✔ Have current or near-term Robust availability
✔ Are experienced in high-support behavioural environments
✔ Can facilitate a timely transition
