Each week, at Kangaroo Kitchen, participants take turns choosing the menu. Recipes often change along the way to suit dietary needs or personal tastes.
This week, Elliot picked fried chicken with wedges and salad ๐๐ฅ followed by waffles with chocolate syrup and ice cream for dessert ๐ง๐ฆ
One of the highlights was seeing Joseph, one of our long-term participants who now holds a cooking qualification, mentoring others in the kitchen and sharing his knowledge.
