Now that the full moon has passed, the next cosmic challenge will be on either 6 or 7 May 2026 (depending on where you are in the world) when Pluto goes retrograde, where it will remain so for the following five months, until around 16 October 2026.

During this time we are being offered the gift of introspection, to think more deeply as to where we actually are, both individually as well as collectively, and where we want to go. Again, deep rooted truths about falsehoods, power structures and dynamics are coming to the forefront to action.

As we are plunged into the psychological process of metamorphosis, will we succumb the overwhelm of being “lost in the dark”, or embrace the new when it unfolds later in the year?

The first of two moons occurring place this month will be taking place on Saturday, 2 May 2026 at 2:53am (ACST) and will be at 11ᵒ21’ of the astrological sign Scorpio. Depending where you live in the world, this full moon may be taking place on 1 May.

With the sun on the other end of the "financial axis" in Ta**us, keep in mind that Scorpio is associated with secrets, the underworld, and things hidden from view that may be of a more untoward nature. Its energy can also be intense and transformative, revealing deep desires, especially when considering the influence of the Chiron/Eris conjunction, a Fixed Grand Cross and a Finger of Fate as well.

Another thing to consider is what seeds were planted during the Scorpio new moon in November 2025, which was a potent time for deep transformation and emotional introspection.

My most recent video is about the upcoming new moon that will be taking place on Friday, 17 April 2026 at 9:21pm (ACST) at 27ᵒ 28’ Aries.

This new moon will also conjunct Chiron (the Wounded Healer) and Eris (of the Golden Apple), offering a deep healing at the soul level as well as a lot of energy to propel you forward.

There is also a collection of other planets and points in Aries, intensifying this new, initiatory energy, not to mention Uranus at the anorectic of Ta**us, about to finally change sign, moving into Gemini, on 25 April 2026.

The Aries Equinox occurs when the tilt of the earth is such that the axis is vertical meaning that the light of the sun hits the equator equally creating equal hours of daylight and night. Here in Adelaide, South Australia the exact timing is 1.16am ACDT on 21 March 2026 (it could be on 20 March where your live).

The first sign of the zodiac is fast moving, more so with the intensity of planets and points, not to mention us being in a numerological "1" year and according to Chinese astrology, under the influence of the Fire Horse. There is also the intensification of Piscean energy and Neptune's own influence reminding us of the importance of balance as we reset the astrological wheel and plant the seeds for the coming cycle.
