2019 vs 2025 💫

If you told the 2019 version of me that one day she’d feel confident in her own skin… she wouldn’t have believed you.

Back then, I hated mirrors.
I punished my body for not being “good enough.”
I thought changing how I looked would fix how I felt but it never did.

What I didn’t realize is: your glow-up starts long before your body changes.

It starts when you decide you’re done breaking promises to yourself.

When you show up even when it feels slow.
When you choose to believe you can become her.

This isn’t just a transformation.
