She didn’t just “lose 13kg”…

She finally stopped starting over. 🩵

For the longest time, she was:
• Trying random workouts with no structure
• Confused about what to eat
• Falling on and off track
• Feeling frustrated in her own body

And like most women… she thought she just needed more discipline.

She didn’t.

She needed a SYSTEM.

Over the last 6 months, we focused on:
✔️ Training with structure (just 4 days/week)
✔️ Fuelling her body properly (no extremes)
✔️ Building strength week by week
✔️ Creating a routine that actually fit her life

The result?

– 13kg down
– 20cm off her waist
– 18cm off her hips
– Stronger than ever (100kg hip thrusts for reps 👏)

But more importantly…

She now feels:

Chips are:
→ low protein
→ easy to overeat → not very filling

So instead of cutting them out... learn how to eat them properly.

Try this:
🥔 Keep the chips
💪 Add protein

That’s how fat loss becomes sustainable.

I made one decision that changed everything.

I got qualified in fitness.

And slowly… things started to shift.

I didn’t magically become confident overnight.

When Roza came to me, she wasn’t lazy…
She was just lost, overwhelmed, and stuck doing guesswork.

This was the most frustrating phase of my life.

I was trying.
Showing up.
Doing workouts.

But nothing was actually changing.

I didn’t feel strong.
I didn’t feel confident.
And I definitely didn’t feel like myself.

I kept thinking…
“Maybe I just need to try harder”

But the truth?

I didn’t need more effort
I needed guidance.
