Jaye’s Physiotherapy and Pilates Journey
I graduated from Curtin University of Technology as a Physiotherapist in 1999. Since then I have worked in a variety of hospitals and clinics in Australia and The UK.
In 2012, after the birth of my second son, I started going to Pilates classes. I quickly realised the benefits to myself and the potential benefits to my patients. In 2016 I completed both part A and part B of the DMA Clinical Pilates course for Physiotherapists. Since then I have been using Clinical Pilates with my patients and have found it to be very effective.
In 2019 I opened my own Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates Practice, Physio on Wickham. My practice has a range of Pilate equipment including a Reformer, Trapeze Table (Cadillac) and Wunda Chair. I am passionate about helping people to overcome their pain, improve their function and achieve their goals.
