Back Stretch!
Having my left foot up on a chair/step tilts my pelvis to increase the stretch on my right side. Reach over your head and stabilize your hands so you feel balanced and comfortable leaning into the stretch.
Give this one a go either at home or in the gym!!

TIP: once your leg is in position gently push your knee down and hinge at your hip or lean forward for a deeper stretch!
