Workout with Illanit 💪

• Deadlift 12-10-8-6 reps, 90 secs inbetween

• Smith machine lunges 8-12 reps each side, 3 rounds

• Sumo - glute focus 15reps, 3 rounds

• Donkey kicks (bench for added core stability) 10 each side, 3 rounds

• DB hip thrust - 3 rounds, 10 reps and 10 pulses at the top!!

We are very lucky to be located on campus at The Royal Childrens Hospital. (Larwill Hotel Entrance)

Founded in September 2018, The Gym Melbourne strive to provide not just any health and fitness facility, but one that becomes a destination for our members to reach their goals and possibly rave about.

For our clients to achieve amazing results we have employed quality staff and implemented industry leading equipment. We strive to provide a facility that is far from intimidating, but one that feels motivating, fun and energetic, no matter what your workout routine may be.
