Kidney stones often develop silently, but your body usually shows early warning signs that shouldnโ€™t be ignored.
Early signs of kidney issues may include frequent urination, burning sensation while urinating, foamy or dark urine, lower back or side discomfort, fatigue, nausea, or unusual swelling in the body.

As the condition progresses, symptoms like severe pain, sweating, and difficulty passing urine may appear.
Recognizing these signs early can help prevent complications and support smoother recovery. Natural and holistic kidney care can help support kidney function and overall urinary health.

One of the root causes of kidney stones is hyperacidity in the system and it is important to address the factors that is triggering acidity in the body.

Does your eyes feel strained, dry or foggy by the end of the day? ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ๐Ÿฅ€

Do you feel like your eyes badly need some rejuvenation?

Ayurveda has the answer for you!

We spend hours looking at pixels, but rarely a second looking inward. Netra Tarpana is an invitation to close your eyes and let ancient wisdom do the work. By creating a gentle pool of medicated ghee over the eyes, this "liquid gold" therapy pulls out the heat of digital strain and replaces it with cool, calm clarity.

Itโ€™s not just an eye treatmentโ€”itโ€™s a reset button for your entire nervous system.

Return to the world with a brighter outlook and a rested mind. Your vision is a giftโ€”nourish it at Liv Ayurveda.

Sometimes, your body just needs a pause.
Childโ€™s Pose ( ) is a simple yoga posture that helps your body slow down and relax. It gently releases tension from the back, shoulders, and hips while encouraging deep, calm breathing. As your breath settles, your nervous system starts to relax too.

This pose is perfect when youโ€™re feeling tired, overwhelmed, or mentally drained. Even a few moments in Childโ€™s Pose can help you feel grounded, lighter, and

more at ease-like giving your body permission to rest.
Pause. Breathe. Reset.
