At Steps2Life, we believe simple nutrition tips can support everyday wellbeing. A healthy plate is a simple way to build balanced meals: fill half your plate with vegetables, one quarter with lean protein, and one quarter with wholegrain or high-fibre carbohydrates. Add healthy fats in small amounts to support energy and wellbeing.

research exploring the availability and accuracy of packaged food labelling information in online retail at the Public Health Association of Australia Preventive Health Conference 2026.

Her work examined the validity of health and nutrition claims, as well as how consistently products provide key consumer information such as Nutrition Information Panels, ingredient lists, and allergen statements.

Sometimes our thoughts can feel more convincing than they really are.

we’re stressed or emotionally overwhelmed, our mind may start filling in the blanks — especially in situations where we don’t have all the information.

This can lead to unhelpful assumptions, self-doubt, and worry that feels difficult to switch off.

Through psychology support, people can learn to pause, notice these patterns, and develop more balanced ways of responding to their thoughts.

A gentle reminder: just because a thought feels real, doesn’t always mean it is true.
