Unique Endurance Running Event Experience!

Fran Hurndell is running from Perth to Sydney.
She is in need for somebody to help cover her around the 29th onwards for around three weeks.
And the best part of it all is she’s specifically using chiropractors to help her get through!

This is a unique opportunity for you to get involved with plenty of media and social opportunities, and great experience with a high caliber athlete attempting something amazing!

She’s currently scheduled to be ending up in Ceduna in South Australia on the 29th, so if there are anybody along the route we’d love for you to get involved!

Particularly if you’re looking to build your sports chiro profile, or get some awesome content for your socials.
There’s also media coverage along the way, so be prepared for some camera crews rolling as she heads in to Sydney.

If you’re interested to see what it looks like, check out the content from socials!

Send or a DM and we can connect you with her team.

Accomodation and food is all provided for this experience!

Tim Gabbett is our keynote speaker for the symposium.

The crowd has been captivated by the depth of research and how engaging he has been.

Tim is pictured here with AICE Chiropractic Sport & Exercise President Brad Immerman, ACA Board member Anthony Coxon and FICS 1st Vice President Nat Akmens.

We are lucky enough to have Tim present in Optimal Training Loads over 2 sessions. First up was theory and then into practical.

Key takeaways

- load management is not about the athlete doing less
- no method has a better than 50/50 chance of predicting
- load monitoring and optimal loading are not the same thing
- understand interval v external loading of an athlete
- loading appropriately can can get an athlete to return to play more quickly
- pick the tissue that need is the limiting factor in the injury to load, but train the other tissues around it
