Orthoptic Training Day 2025 📚

Yesterday, we hosted our annual Orthoptic Training Day at Marsden Eye Specialists — and it was a fantastic day of learning and connection.

We had 10 engaging presentations and hands-on workshops, each covering different topics to refresh our knowledge in ophthalmic care, keep us updated with the latest advancements, and help us continue striving for the best outcomes for our patients.

We also had a valuable joint session with our admin and reception team, focused on patient handling and wellbeing — a reminder that at Marsden Eye, our patients are always our priority.

We’re proud of our Orthoptic Team Leader Mitchell Bagley for representing Marsden Eye Specialists at the International Orthoptics Congress (IOC) in Brisbane over the few days!

Not only did Mitchell attend a number of insightful and educational presentations, he also delivered an outstanding talk on:

“A Novel Approach to Indocyanine Green and Fluorescein Angiography Using the CLARUS 700 ICG Prototype.”
