Our bodies are intelligent and seek safety. Gentle touch can soothe tension in our tissues, which in turn down-regulates the nervous system out of the sympathic response (or fight, flight, freeze or fawn). Safety can be experienced through therapeutic massage, with your weight melting into the massage table and a therapist bringing fresh oxygen and blood flow to the muscles to soften constricted fibres. And so much more!

If you're new here, all good, so am I:)

My name is Annalise, and I have recently launched Soul Glow Body Therapy.

I offer therapeutic massage in Pascoe Vale, Melbourne.

I love, love, love massage, and I love seeing the difference it makes to my clients.

These free sessions are a part of my professional development. This means that a trainer supervises the session online in a secure massage college system.

I ask you to sign a consent form and show it to the screen.

Other than that, it's top notch therapeutic massage as usual: your privacy and modesty are maintained at all times, any health information we discuss is confidential, and I tailor the massage to your needs.

T&Cs: One free session per client. Limited availability.
