We’re hiring for 2 roles
1️⃣ Full-Time Medical Receptionist (Mon–Fri + occasional Saturdays)
2️⃣ Part-Time Medical Receptionist (3 days/week + occasional Saturdays)
If you’re ready for a real job (not retail… not casual hospo… something with actual career options 👀) this could be your perfect first step into the medical world — no experience needed, we’ll train you from scratch.
We’re Nepean Specialist Group, and we support doctors across 10 clinics in Melbourne’s South East, Mornington Peninsula, Bayside, and the Bass Coast. We’re growing fast and looking for friendly, switched-on people to join our team.

✨ What you’ll be doing
Don’t worry, we’ll train you — but here’s the vibe:
• Welcoming patients and helping them check in
• Booking appointments + answering calls
• Organising tests and procedures
• Billing and end-of-day tasks
• Keeping clinics running smoothly + helping the doctors
• Some days you’re at one clinic, other days you move between two
• Once or twice a month you’ll work at one of our regional locations (Wonthaggi and Cape Woolamai)
It’s busy, fun, and you’ll learn A LOT.
