Resharing for Autumn ❤️

A bit more information about my MICRO-CURRENT with RADIO FREQUENCY ULTRASOUND, OXYGEN & LED….

Our faces are made up of bone, muscle/tendons/fat and skin.
The skin thins, the muscles deplete in size and strength, we lose fat on our faces, our bones change shape slightly and even the mass of our gums and our mouth decreases in mass and strength as we mature.
All of these factors feed into why our appearance changes as we mature.
Working to target the problem of thinning skin and depleting muscle mass head-on is very important when working to create a naturally youthful look.
If we do, then whilst our features may look a little sharper than they once did due to the loss of fat on the face, they will still look sculpted, lifted, and overall full and youthful.

Micro-Current, Radio Frequency & Ultrasound/Oxygen therapies, such as used within my 3/4 or 5 Step Face Lifting process, work to repair and rebuild both the Epidermis and Dermis.
Laser, Intense Pulsed Light (IPL)& Micro Needling, enhance the overall results and can be discussed with you.

MICRO-CURRENT -
works to repair and rebuild the muscles of the face and neck to create a solid scaffolding for the skin to sit upon.
This treatment is ideal for the client looking for gentler alternatives to Injections or fillers.
Microcurrent recharges facial tissue. It works by combining a unique electrical waveform in combination with a conductive gel and the natural occurring biological current of the body.
This technology has the capacity to work internally on the muscle fiber and tissue for visible, external results.
It's like Pilates for your face. It lifts & tightens the skin.

ULTRASOUND/SONOPHORESIS -
Sonophoresis provides an intense infusion of powerful vitamin-based serums deep into the skin. The result is a high level of smoothness, radiance and hydration.
Using low-frequency ultrasonic vibrations, sonophoresis dramatically improves the absorption of powerhouse vitamin serums, as well as moisturisers and skin softeners. The vibrations cause small spaces to open between the skins cells. This results in improved pe*******on of ingredients and enables deep repair and reconditioning of the skin.
An intense boost of vitamins to promote new collagen growth.

OXYGEN TREATMENT-
delivers Oxygen to your skin cells. Oxygen helps to increase cell turnover, which in turn boosts collagen production. Oxygen also has anti-inflammatory properties, which can help to reduce the appearance of acne and other blemishes.

RADIO FREQUENCY -
RF treats loss in skin elasticity which causes sagging skin, as well as fine lines and wrinkles. These can also be accelerated by sun exposure and poor lifestyle habits, such as smoking.
RF Skin Tightening works by using RF energy waves to heat the skin up to 40 degrees. This causes the collagen fibres to heat up which triggers a number of healing reactions from the body. This includes the stimulation of new collagen and elastin, tissue retraction as skin is immediately tightened and firmed, and improved blood circulation which leads to overall skin rejuvenation.

LED LIGHT REJUVENATION works to produce the following effects:
RED LED LIGHT THERAPY, can raise Adenosine Triphosphate, (ATP)levels by up to 47%
A huge part of the ageing process is kicked off with depleting levels of ATP.
Having less ATP production means the cells create less collagen and elastin growth which is the very building blocks of the skin, creating the mesh that makes up its bulk. As the skin thins, blood vessel growth also decreases, meaning less oxygen and nutrients are fed into the skin cells.

RED LED Light at a strength of 630nm-660nm is a powerful anti-ageing therapy used to reverse the effects of sun damage, ageing and scarring.
Red LED Light stimulates collagen and increases elastin production while improving the health and functionality of skin cells.

YELLOW LED Light is used to reduce inflammation after treatments such as Laser Therapy or Skin Peels. Yellow LED Light stimulates the Lymphatic System, enabling better functionality of the bodies drainage systems which, in turn, improves the skin and the body’s overall health.

GREEN LED Light is used to correct pigmentation; the Green LED Light decreases the production of excess melanin, preventing it from travelling to the skin’s surface. The light breaks up the melanin clusters (appearing as age spots or freckles) to diminish existing discolouration.

BLUE LED Light is used to treat conditions such as acne, killing off the bacteria that can cause breakouts. Blue LED Light is also used to treat patches of dry, scaly skin that form due to sun exposure which is thought to be a precursor to the formation of skin cancer.

1. Dehydration and Skin Elasticity-

Alcohol is a potent diuretic which means that it leads to increased urine production and a reduction in the body's hydration levels. This dehydration affects the skin, leading to dryness, less elasticity and more visible fine lines and wrinkles. Without alcohol, skin retains moisture better, enhancing elasticity and reducing signs of ageing. Focus on ongoing skin hydration/treatments. Paramount during Dry July.

2. Inflammation and Breakouts -

Regular consumption of alcohol can trigger inflammatory responses in the body. This inflammation can exacerbate skin conditions such as acne, rosacea, and eczema. By reducing or eliminating alcohol intake, clients may notice a decrease in redness, puffiness and breakouts, leading to a clearer, more radiant complexion. SUGAR ALTERNATIVES -

There are several natural and healthy alternatives to refined sugar that you can use in your diet. Here are some popular options:

1. **Stevia**: Stevia is a natural sweetener derived from the leaves of the Stevia rebaudiana plant. It is much sweeter than sugar, so only a small amount is needed. Stevia is low in calories and does not raise blood sugar levels.

The circadian photoreceptors in the brain are most responsive to blue wavelengths, which naturally occur at dawn.

Incorporating morning light into daily routines is like using a natural medicine. We can draw parallels between food as medicine and morning light’s potential role, positioning morning sunlight as a vital element of health….
