We held a little Christmas get-together last night for our Crow & Cauldron students. It has been an amazing honour to have been able to teach these beautiful souls all year and to see so much personal growth in each and every one.

We have a full calendar of learning opportunities in 2026, from regular structured classes to more casual general interest, cleansing and grounding and of course our monthly Magickal Makers will be back!

Our fabulous intermediate psychic development class is building a potent spell jar together through the last part of this year. A beautiful container of shared energy, love and learning that will hold space for this class as they move through 2026 and its joys, accomplishments and challenges.

Sometimes bodywork and touch are required for healing to occur and sometimes a finer frequency is needed, that’s where energy work and crystal healing shine.

There is no difference in the power of the two, just in the way they are delivered.
In energy and crystal healing sessions very little touch is used other than the laying on of crystals, the use of sound from tuning forks, Tibetan bowls or shamanic drum.

Both will leave you feeling lighter, more refreshed and more grounded and allow your body to do the healing it was designed to do, feeling nurtured and supported in the process.

Did you know I have a Diploma in Reflexology? I have been a practicing professional Reflexologist since 2004 and began my studies back in early 2002 - 23 years ago 🤭

Reflexology is an ancient, non-invasive therapy that works primarily through our extensive nervous system by using a type of pressure massage on the feet, face, hands or ears to restore the body’s own natural rhythm and balance, so our bodies can do what they were designed to do, heal themselves.

A special love of mine is facial reflexology, which I have been offering as a service for over 12 years now. Especially beneficial for deep, but gentle healing for the whole body, mind and spirit and a favourite relaxation and rejuvenation session for those with cancer and difficult to treat illnesses.

My Nan taught me a very simple facial reflexology process when I was young and it served many a friend and family member struggling with migraine headaches over the years, so being able to study and utilise this amazing therapy on a larger scale for many, many people has brought me immense joy and gratitude and Nan often loves to join me when I do this work 💖

I have used all aspects of reflexology to assist many health issues for people over the years, but have worked heavily with anxiety and depression, women’s hormonal difficulties, allergies and musculoskeletal imbalances.

🐦‍⬛ This Thursday September 25th we’ll be exploring the enchanting art of the Witch’s Ladder. A traditional charm that is centuries old and crafted from rope, ribbon, tokens, bones, beads and feathers, these ladders were created as tools for spellwork, protection, blessings or to bind intent into the physical world.

Similar practices appear across cultures wherever knot magick and cord work were used to weave energy into form.

In our class you’ll learn the history and symbolism behind Witches’ Ladders, then craft your very own.

This is a hands-on workshop where you’ll choose charms, colors, and knots aligned to your personal intention-whether that’s abundance, healing, love, or protection. Expect to leave with not only a completed Witches’ Ladder but also the knowledge to create them as powerful allies in your magickal practice.

Spaces are limited - come prepared to create, weave, and empower.
