The Blue Moon rose carries the signature of gentle healing and quiet magic.

This is currently blossoming in the garden and I am super excited. One of my favourites!

Its soft violet-lavender petals speak to the heart and crown, calming the nervous system and soothing emotional overwhelm.

This is a rose for sensitive souls..for those who feel deeply and need beauty to restore balance rather than intensity.

Its rich, lingering fragrance signals safety and reassurance.

It tells the body you are held, slowly softening guarded hearts and easing grief without force.

That’s a wrap! The Clinic is officially closed and these massage hands are swapping body work for gift wrapping!

I’m taking four days off to rest and soak up time with my loved ones, then I’ll be back in clinic on Monday 29th December.

Feeling deeply grateful for all the wonderful humans who visited, trusted me, and shared their year with me. Thank you for being part of my work and my world.

Wishing you a warm, gentle and joy-filled Christmas!

Sunday morning harvest with Mullein.. 😍

You appeared on your own in a random pot,
a little surprise I didn’t plant.

Your roots pushed straight through the bottom and into the earth, determined to stay.

I watched you last year as you grew into the softest rosette, all fluff and promise.

And now you’re in your second year, reaching up and beginning to bloom.

You carry the legacy of a plant first grown here over 20 years ago, continuing its quiet return.

Today I’m gently gathering your flowers to infuse into oil, grateful for the medicine you offer.

A quiet moment with a plant that chose its own place in our family garden..

This fills my heart with so much joy.

Witnessing you grow from a little seedling.
Witnessing your buds forming.
Witnessing your flowers bloom.
Opening and closing with the sunlight.
Harvesting your sunny flowers.
Smelling your soothing scent.
Witnessing you dry up.
Still smelling your scent…

This all brings me SO much delight 🥰
