The first day of spring šŸ”†

Tiny bursts of colour are waking in the garden.

The very first blooms are appearing.

I love walking around the garden and witnessing nature awakening.

There’s something so magical about this turning of the seasons…

A gentle reminder that after every stillness, life returns, fresh and new.

Here’s to more light, more warmth, and more blossoms on the way.

Which new blooms and colours have you noticed?

I took quick snaps of the blooms in my family garden! šŸ˜

During early Imbolc, I placed a bowl of water between two young plants: ā€˜Soulmate’ Rose and ā€˜Cootamundra’ Wattle.

Though they held no flowers yet, their roots and leaves radiated the pulse of becoming.

The water rested with them, gathering their imprint, until the time felt right to bottle the essence.

DOCTRINE OF SIGNATURES šŸ’«

Soulmate Rose (young, pre-bloom): Tender shoots and emerging leaves carry a heart-opening, nurturing energy. Even without flowers, it embodies love in formation, teaching patience, trust, and gentle resilience.

Cootamundra Wattle (young, pre-bloom): Feathery leaves in green, silver, and subtle purple reflect grounded vitality and insight, supporting the quiet gathering of potential and energetic expansion.

Together in the Essence:

When Soulmate Rose and Cootamundra Wattle are combined, their energies merge into a double yellow ray, aligning with the Solar Plexus Chakra.

This energy radiates joy, illumination, abundance, and emerging potential, supporting the sacred process of growth, unfolding, and gentle emergence of life.

When I finally sat with them, what came through was clear:

-Emerging potential
-Double yellow colour rays
-Patience and trust
-Joy, gratitude, and new beginnings

This essence carries the quickening of Imbolc, that stirring beneath the surface where new life gathers strength before unfurling into the world.

Affirmation:

-I root into trust,
-and rise with joy.
-In patience I emerge.
-In light I grow.
-In love I bloom.

ā€˜Strong Love’ tulipsā€¦šŸŒ·
planted from bulbs,
bought at a garden expo,
offered to my beloved jokingly,
as a metaphor for our love.

Bless his soul,
challenge accepted,
tending to them over time,
watching as they pushed through the soil,
growing through shadow and light,
nurturing and caring for them,
until deep red blooms appeared.

Then instead of cutting them,
it was delivered as a living gift,
roots and all,
so I could keep watching them grow. šŸ˜

A blessing from nature,
a quiet reflection of patience, resilience, and life’s sacred rhythm.

More than just flowers,
they are love made visible,
tended slowly,
offered with intention…

Strong Love, indeed.

Thank you my dear ā¤ļø

I’m not great with small talk. But my hands know what to do.

My sister-in-law has been bravely facing stage 4 glioblastoma. Recent scans reveal a hemorrhage behind the main tumor, causing confusion spells.

She has returned to hospital. Jess didn’t need conversation. She just wanted touch. Connection. A moment of quiet presence.

So I massaged her feet and settled into the silence with her. No pressure. No questions. No fixing. Just presence. Soft. Steady. Human.

My hands are how I help people. How I hold space and offer comfort.

It’s humbling to offer this kind of care for someone. To be trusted in the quiet. To let my hands speak the words I can’t find.

This is my way of saying: I’m here. You matter. You are loved.

Big love to Jess and my brother Sam. I am so honoured to be able to provide something that brings peace and joy during this time 🌹

Mullein (Verbascum thapsus) Essence

This essence was born in the deep stillness of Winter Solstice, guided by the gentle presence of a self-seeded first-year mullein rosette.

It descended from a seedling I grew 24 years ago for a herbal medicine assignment, still quietly rooted in the garden of my family home.

With soft, silvery-green leaves resting close to the earth, Mullein carries the signature of gentle strength, soothing comfort, and patient, quiet becoming.

Through the doctrine of signatures, Mullein reveals her teachings:

Her velvety, downy leaves soften the body and invite breath to flow freely, nurturing not only the lungs but the soul’s quiet spaces.

Her rosette form, low and steady, reflects the wisdom of stillness, rootedness, and the importance of trusting the right time to rise.

Her silvery hairs, cradling dew, speak to protection through softness - the strength found in gentleness and the safety of being held without being hurried.

Her roots, quietly reaching through the base of the pot into the earth below, remind us that when the time is right, we naturally seek deeper anchoring - growing beyond limitations with quiet persistence, sovereignty, and trust in our own unfolding.

This essence was created with the same rhythm Mullein embodies:
— Prepared outdoors beside the living rosette, with pure water resting gently on her soft leaves.
— Carried indoors to infuse in stillness on a single leaf until the time felt right.
— Preserved gently, then returned to the plant, honoring the cycle of breath, rest, and return.

Mullein offers her presence as:
— A balm for the breath and a support for the quiet unfolding of the soul
— A reminder that softness is strength, stillness is wisdom, and breath is life
— A guide for those seeking comfort, steadiness, and trust in their own inner timing

Affirmations:
Soft strength holds me.
Breath nurtures my soul.
I trust the timing within me.

This is my final plant essence created within the Wheel of Love container facilitated by the beautiful .bellcummings. A 12 month spiral of sacred ceremonies and earth teachings, birthed through the work of .

Deep gratitude to both mentors 🌹

Planting Bulbs of Timeless Possibility 🌷

These tulip bulbs have been waiting in the fridge since April…

quietly preparing,
resting in the dark,
holding the shape of something yet to come.

Now, as winter deepens,
they’re finally going into the soil.

Planted not just for beauty,
but for possibility.

A reminder that not everything needs to happen now.
Some things take time,
ask for stillness,
and begin long before they’re ever seen.

A quiet ritual of trust.
An invitation to remember that patience is part of the process
and what is meant to bloom
will do so in its own time,
when the conditions come into alignment.

When life moves too fast,
disconnection creeps in…

from ourselves,
from others,
from what matters.

We feel it in our bodies:
the tightness,
the tiredness,
the tug of too much.

But even overwhelm holds wisdom.

It shows us what we truly crave.
What we miss.
What matters most.

Pause to breathe.
Realign.
Exhale.

Let what’s essential rise to the surface.

A quiet glimpse into the current unfolding…

A gentle emergence.
A space finding its truest shape.

Therapy Room776 is evolving.
Slowly and intuitively,
in rhythm with who I am becoming.

This business has always been an extension of my soul,
and it’s time the name reflects that.

Rosaria Wellbeing & Apothecary 🌹

There have been shifts behind the scenes.
I have planted quiet seeds of change,
in the physical space,
the energy I hold,
and the way I serve.

This business is now in its eighth year,
a number that holds the energy of integration, mastery, and soul-aligned power.

We are also in a Universal Year 9,
a collective cycle of completion and release.

And within the Year of the Wood Snake,
we are being asked to transform,
to shed what no longer serves,
and to grow with quiet wisdom.

This work has always been rooted in healing,
guided by creativity,
and nourished by plant wisdom, spirit, and service.

Now, it is beginning to express itself more fully,
through form, feeling, and quiet intention.

Thank you to everyone I’ve crossed paths with,
each interaction has mattered, whether fleeting or ongoing, and together, you’ve helped shape what this space is becoming.

There is no final version.
Only a soft deepening into truth.
And I will be sharing glimpses along the way.

This is the first step toward my rebrand change.

Over time, it will slowly emerge within the clinic space and other online platforms.

A quiet transition, in rhythm with the deeper rebrand unfolding.

Big love,
Rosaria 🌹

This little courtyard has seen it all.

A dumping ground during transition.

A quiet retreat when I needed stillness.

A reflection of the in-between spaces I’ve been living through.

Now, in the stillness of winter, I’ve begun to clear it.

Not to rush into planting, but to honour the pause.

To prepare the space with care.

To connect with the land, listen, and wait.

A few pot plants have found their home.

Intentions have quietly rooted.

But the real work is still invisible…slow, deep, and unseen.

Just like the season itself.

This is the quiet work of becoming.

I trust the land.

I trust the timing.

The quiet holds more than we know…

and some spaces whisper before they bloom.

There is beauty in soft living…

In choosing to notice the delicate details even when life feels full.

May reminded me of this.

That within the chaos,
there’s still time to sip slowly,
to feel the sun on your skin,
to trace the shape of a fallen leaf,
to exhale deeply and come back to yourself.

Softness isn’t weakness.

It’s a quiet strength.

A refusal to rush through moments that are meant to be felt.

As May ends,
I’m honouring the grace of moving gently,
of living richly through presence,
and of finding joy in the small…

Sacred things that often go unseen.

Here’s to the beauty woven into the everyday.

To the pause between the noise.

To living softly, still.

Big Love,
Rosaria 🌹

As the world begins to slow, Red Cyclamen begins to bloom - not in the bright promise of spring, but in the soft descent toward winter.

I was called to commune with this plant during the autumn season. A plant that was gifted to me by first born son over a year ago.🄰

I have sat with its energetics for some time - listening, feeling, and allowing its presence to move through me. From this deep attunement, this flower essence was created.

~ Large Red Cyclamen Flower Essence: A quiet companion for the soul’s inward season.~

Red Cyclamen thrives in shadow, away from harsh light and noise - reminding us that not all growth is meant to be seen. Some growth belongs to the quiet places within.

This large red variety carries a steady, grounded presence. Its generous, velvety petals curve inward like a heart in deep listening - offering the medicine of emotional truth and inner attention.

Its bold red hue speaks of vitality and heart-wisdom - of life-force that pulses even in darkness.

Its broad, heart-shaped leaves hold the full spectrum of feeling - spacious, gentle, steady.

And beneath the soil, the rounded tuber stores ancestral memory - quiet strength, inner resource, and the wisdom of what’s been carried.

ā¤ļøRed Cyclamen teaches us:
— To honour sacred rest and inner sanctuary
— To soften without losing strength
— To listen deeply to the quiet truths of the heart
— That descent is part of the cycle
— That inward blooming matters too

Affirmation:
ā€œI am safe to turn inward. My heart speaks, and I listen with love.ā€

Not loud.
Not urgent.
Simply present.
Steady.
Spacious.
Rooted.

A flower of quiet strength, emotional depth, and seasonal grace.

šŸ™Deep gratitude to my mentors:

, whose teachings have formed the strong foundations of my spiritual practice—guiding me to hold space with conscious integrity and walk in right relationship with the spirit world.
bellcummings, whose Wheel of Love journey continues to open me to deeper communion with the seasons, the solar gateways, and plant allies.

20 years ago, I graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy.. a path I’d felt called to since my early teens.

Over the years, I’ve felt into what truly resonates as my truth in this work. Some paths aligned deeply; others gently showed me what wasn’t mine - all of it shaping the practitioner I continue to grow into.

I’ve embraced a more soulful, holistic way of practicing… one that honours the body, mind, soul, and a deeper connection to the plant and spirit worlds.

While my current practice centres on bodywork through massage & myotherapy (my other formal qualifications), my spirit work and plant connection continue to deepen with each season, alongside my emerging skills as a social worker.

What grounds it all is holding space for others - not just to ease symptoms, but to nurture clarity, self-awareness, and soul-deep change.

A return to alignment.
To self.
To soul.

For me, health and wellbeing are rooted in connection - to the body, to the earth, and to something deeper within.

My future practice feels like an unfolding… not a destination, but a continual deepening. I remain devoted to walking this path with care, curiosity, and an open heart.

Cheers to the first 20 years as a qualified Naturopath, bring on the next 20 as I integrate all that continues to shape my truth🌹
