If you're upset its always about you( ouch!).Take this opportunity to look within and see what you are holding, anger, bitterness, guilt, resentment, blame, unforgiveness, judgement, a belief or a story. The other person is giving you a gift, silently thank them and ask 'what's behind my reaction'. This is epic self love💗

A happy life requires inner peace. It is obtainable. Meditation is an essential tool. We have to let go of what's outside of us and go within. Try just 10 mins when you wake and before sleep. Just rest in Be-ing. Notice how it changes perception.

What is your mind doing? Is it calm or chaotic? Is it thinking about the past or projecting into the future? There is no peace there..... In fact anxiety and depression are the only outcomes.The ego thought system is designed to keep you busy, distracted, unaware and mindless. Still the mind and be exquisitely present with what is happening now. Just notice with no judgement, analysis or expectations. Just be. The ego will hate that!
