At HARS, we’ve been proudly supporting people with disability for over 21 years across the beautiful Hunter Valley region. Our services include Short & Long-Term Accommodation, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialised Community Participation, In-Home Care, Support Coordination—and more.

What’s on offer:
Immediate start
Casual and permanent part-time positions
Variety of shifts available—including sleepovers, active nights, and days
Work with a leading, values-driven provider
What you’ll bring:
- A valid Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Experience supporting individuals with a range of physical, medical, and behavioural needs
- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster
- A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and genuine care for others
