✨ What if strength in yoga didn’t mean pushing harder… but learning how to support your body better?
This month in our Saturday Stretch & Flex classes at Sunsara Yoga, we’re gently exploring how strength shows up in yoga – not through force, but through stability, control and mindful movement.
This week we begin layering simple movement onto steady strength, helping the body feel more organised and supported in familiar poses. Small actions — engaging the right muscles, aligning the body well, moving slowly — can make a surprising difference to how strong and stable a pose feels.
Expect thoughtful sequences, clear guidance and a relaxed, beginner-friendly pace.
Classes are held on our spacious outdoor balcony overlooking the canals in Pelican Waters (Caloundra), with the breeze and birdsong as our backdrop — the perfect space to move, breathe and build strength in a calm and supportive way.
