Helping clients with chronic fatigue syndrome, hip replacement surgery (pre/post), chronic lower back pain, frozen shoulder, vertigo, pre and post-natal has been so rewarding. To see them work with their bodies, overcome challenges, grow stronger and experience relief from their pain has been the highlight of my career so far.

We had the sweetest visitor to our community class today....little Fred is on his L Plates for Guide Dog Training. He came to socialise with us today. Well done Fred! We love you!

Short spine massage...one of my favourite exercises with the following benefits;

- Increase flexibility in the hamstrings and lower back.
- Develop whole body coordination.
- Improve strength and control in the abdominals.
- Develop spinal articulation.
- Strengthen the gluteal and hamstring muscles.

Women's Bootcamp strength/cardio sessions will be held on;
Mondays 7pm-8pm
Wednesdays 7pm-8pm

Pilates matwork session - Bathurst Street Park Hall
Tuesdays 12.30-1.30pm

Pilates Reformer (private & semi-private) sessions are available early mornings to late afternoons.
