💫✨A chat about ️what is Reiki
(energy healing)

Reiki is a beautiful unobtrusive energy therapy to experience. This healing method originated in Japan and is now practiced all over the world. The practitioner enables universal energy of a very high frequency to flow through to the person receiving healing. This energy flows to the areas that is needed the most, and will affect your mind, body and spirit.

You may notice the energy healing assists you with things like emotional stress, mental and emotional clarity, depression, anxiety, pain, sleep, and a shift of energy for your overall health and well-being to promote healing.

There is generally a feeling of relaxation, peace and more.

With the client fully clothed on a massage table, the practitioner activates the healing and allows the universal healing energy to flow through the palms of their hands into the client's body.

The practitioner's hands may gently touch the body or be held in position slightly above the body for the energy to be transferred to the client.

You may feel heat / warmth, tingling flow of energy moving through your body or area where the energy is focused and possibly other experiences. It unique for everyone. Everyone has their own experience.

You may feel the benefits straight away, or there may be a more gradual integration of the energies🙏

Taking time out to do a meditation accompanied by the sea of nature.Sittings upon my favourite boulder doing the sacral chakra (orange)guided meditation, also surrounded by beautiful colouration of the same colour on some of the boulders with rust colouration forming over them to compliment the setting in this tranquil time. Afterwards decided to head back across the beach to my delight found a cowrie 🐚 on my path .Certainly compliments the Synchronicity of all of this. Love the messages of guidance you can receive
The cowrie shell has wonderful meanings 🧡✨️🙏🐚🩵🌊
