Big News from North West Support & Coordination! 💜💚
�We are moving… 📦 and growing… 🌻 and absolutely loving the journey! 📦🚚

It’s official - we’ve outgrown our humble little office and are thrilled to announce that we’re relocating to a brand new space in Penguin! We’ll be setting up shop right in the heart of the community, while continuing to support our amazing participants all along the coast.

Penguin gives us the perfect central spot for our expanding team and services, and we can’t wait to be part of the local buzz.

In true North West fashion, we can’t wait to show off our space, and are excited to be soon showcasing some beautiful, participant-created artwork! 🎨�

We’ll be moving into our in our new home in Arnold Street next week so if you’re passing through Penguin, come say hi! 👋🏼

North West Support & Coordination - building more than just capacity 💜💚

While our incredible support workers have been in the community building capacity, our office team have been busy building the systems that make it all possible, including making sure that support plans and policies are easy to find, up to date, and aligned with best practice. 💾

A huge thank you to Mitchell and Jason from Neveco, who have officially saved our sanity (and our SharePoint). After testing every file system under the sun, we’re now proudly operating from a single OneDrive and SharePoint system — and even our most tech-averse team members can now find what they need without panic-texting HR. 🙀

NDIS guidelines highlight the importance of accessible, current documentation to support informed decision-making and continuity of care, and with the help of Neveco, we’re proud to be able to say, “I know where that is”.

Seriously, if you need IT support, these guys are gold. 🌟

Exciting Times at North West Support & Coordination! 💜💚

We’ve been BUSY, and we mean really busy! The team here at North West Support & Coordination is growing stronger every day, and we’re so excited to share what we’ve been up to lately. 🌟
Our management team are currently gearing up for the NDIS accreditation and registration process, and we couldn’t be more thrilled (and slightly nervous 😅). The dream team now includes our amazing Director, Sharon, our HR & Compliance guru, Jenni, Client Service Officers Jo and Jenni, and our incredible Administration Officer, Trudy! A big shout-out to this powerhouse crew!
We’re also super excited to welcome Shantelle, our new Support Coordinator, who’s already making waves as we expand our Support Coordination side of the business. 💪
In between all the official business, our team has been working hard with whole team meetings, training sessions, and co-designing NEW, person-centred, strengths-based Individual Support Plans with our amazing participants. The dedication and energy from everyone involved is inspiring!
We’re growing every week, taking on new staff (yes, AGAIN!) and welcoming new participants to join our North West community.
