Immersed in the heart of Yoga & Ayurveda Varkala ~ Kerala, where ancient wisdom meets modern wellbeing 🌿💚

I am feeling deeply reset in my body, mind and soul after taking part in Ayurvedic cleanse. Daily Ayurvedic therapies, yoga, meditation & pranayama practices shared by inspiring teachers, therapists and a homestay dedicated to nourishing you with delicious cleansing meals. Everything about this experience was held by a culture deeply connected to the heart and soul of Ayurveda.
