Summer finally arrived and soon we shall be restarting our yoga and Pilates.
Pilates focuses on connecting with deep core muscles which we can carry through to all other physical activities whether strong or gentle.
All the yoga classes offer traditional yoga, that includes mindful and relaxation practices along with the physical practices.
Classes will restart in 3 weeks.and Timetable will be up soon. Til then enjoy our now lovely Summer.ππ.
