Hügelmade is a locally owned low toxic household products business owned by sister in laws Amy Hill and Stacey Marlow (nee Hill) from Penola in the South East of South Australia. Drawing upon Amy's family heritage from her beloved Opa and Amy and Stacey's shared family name, Hügel meaning 'hill' in German became the foundation of the Hügelmade business name. Amy, a shift working Registered Nurse and Stacey, Primary School Teacher and mum of 4, both share a love of using minimal toxins around the home and so began producing a small range of products for their own use. Interest sparked amongst family and friends and thus after a long time of preparation, tweaking recipes, sharing samples and hard work, are finally ready to launch Hügelmade to the world!
