Meet Willow💚 Scarlett’s biggest advocate and her constant supporter 🫶
Siblings of children with autism are truly incredible 🌈 They grow with empathy, patience and understanding far beyond their years — often without recognition 💛
Sometimes Willow visits the centre, greeting our wonderful families with the same warmth and kindness she shows every day 🌻

Scarlett’s Autism Therapy Centre, will be closed from 11:00am on Tuesday 23rd December and will reopen on Tuesday 6th January.❤️🎄

✨ Meet Dee – Scarlett’s Autism Therapy Centre, Behaviour Therapist ✨
We’re so excited to welcome Dee to Scarlett’s Team!💛
Dee joins our team with a deep passion for supporting children with additional needs. Her inspiration comes from personal experience — having supported a family member with level 3 autism, giving her a heartfelt understanding of compassion, patience, and meaningful connection. 🌿
With years of experience in leadership and mentoring, Dee brings warmth, dedication, and a calm, supportive presence to her role. She’s committed to making a positive difference in the lives of children and families at Scarlett’s. 💚
Outside of work, Dee enjoys dancing, cooking, relaxing at the beach, keeping active at the gym, reading a good book, and spending time in nature. ✨
We’re so thrilled to have Dee on board and can’t wait for our families to get to know her! 🤍

✨Meet Morgan – Scarlett’s ATC, Program Supervisor ✨
Morgan is a Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst (BCaBA) with over 10 years of experience in early intervention and behaviour support. He holds an HBA in Psychology from the University of Utah and has worked extensively in the USA, as well as the last three years here in Australia. 🇦🇺
Morgan brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and a thoughtful approach to supporting children and their families, creating meaningful and impactful therapy experiences. 💙
Outside of work, Morgan loves spending time with his family, reading a good book, and painting miniatures. He also enjoys going for a bike ride or heading out on a hiking adventure. 🚲⛰️
His expertise, warmth, and dedication make him a valued part of our team and a trusted support for the families we work with. 💙
