✨Meet Morgan – Scarlett’s ATC, Program Supervisor ✨
Morgan is a Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst (BCaBA) with over 10 years of experience in early intervention and behaviour support. He holds an HBA in Psychology from the University of Utah and has worked extensively in the USA, as well as the last three years here in Australia. 🇦🇺
Morgan brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and a thoughtful approach to supporting children and their families, creating meaningful and impactful therapy experiences. 💙
Outside of work, Morgan loves spending time with his family, reading a good book, and painting miniatures. He also enjoys going for a bike ride or heading out on a hiking adventure. 🚲⛰️
His expertise, warmth, and dedication make him a valued part of our team and a trusted support for the families we work with. 💙

✨Meet Emma – Scarlett’s ATC, Behaviour Therapist✨
Emma holds a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and is currently working towards a Bachelor in Occupational Therapy. She brings a caring and enthusiastic approach to her role, creating meaningful and engaging therapy experiences for every child she supports. 🩷
Outside of work, Emma enjoys Pilates, getting lost in a good book, and her unique passion, building and watching race cars at events. 🏎️
Her energy, dedication, and genuine care make her a valued part of our team and a bright support for the families she works with.🩷

✨Meet Chloe – Scarlett’s ATC, Senior Behaviour Therapist✨
Chloe holds a Bachelor of Health Science, majoring in Recreational Therapy, and brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role at Scarlett’s. She has a warm and creative approach to therapy, always finding fun and engaging ways to support each child’s individual goals. 💚
Outside of work, Chloe loves to keep active through dance and Pilates, unwind with a good book, and explore new places to eat (she’s always up for trying something delicious).☺️
Her energy, compassion, and dedication make her an invaluable part of our team and a joy for the families she supports. 🌿

✨Meet Nicole – Scarlett’s ATC, Senior Behaviour Therapist✨
Nicole brings over 35 years of experience working with children, including 25 years supporting kids with Autism. She began her career in childcare before spending 17 years at Australia’s only ABA school, and holds certifications as a Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) and ACC. 💚
Outside of work, Nicole loves spending time with family and friends, taking country drives, travelling, and walking her beautiful dog. She’s also a talented baker who spoils the team with her delicious cakes! 🍰🐾
Her experience, warmth, and dedication make her a cherished part of Scarlett’s. 🌿
