With over 15 years of experience in the field, Sarah remains a forever student, having studied Vinyasa Yoga, Ta**ra Yoga, Rebirthing Breathwork, Bhakti, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Ayurveda, and Sports Massage Therapy. These diverse studies have allowed Sarah to acquire a wealth of wisdom, deepening her students’ connection to themselves and their self-healing.
Sarah loves to intentionally create a soulful Bhāvanā and weaves the many facets of yoga, including philosophy, into modern, practical applications. Her classes are thoughtfully sequenced to create a holistic practice that nurtures the body physically, energetically, and mentally.

~ Spark of Intention: Yogic Philosophy ~

This workshop introduces the Purusharthas, the four goals of life in Hindu and Yogic philosophy. These principles will be used to help create a meaningful and powerful Sankalpa (intention/resolve) to improve our lives. If you feel stuck in old patterns or desire a deeper connection to your life and its direction, this workshop is for you. Setting these intentions offers guiding principles to prioritize goals and actions while providing a moral and ethical framework for decision-making.
Expect journaling and contemplation about your life, setting a Sankalpa, and finishing with a short Yoga Nidra.

Smriti Vaidya learned Yoga as a child from her Grandfather in Nepal, who was a Yoga and Meditation practitioner himself.
Today, Smriti is an Internationally certified Yoga and Pilates teacher who has been teaching in Sydney for 8+ years.

~ Hatha Vinyasa Yoga ~

Smriti Vaidya Yoga classes are focused on the correct alignments, proper breathing techniques and meditative awareness through the creative flow and, hold of the certain Yoga positions. The practice is open to all- beginners with zero experience as well as to the intermediates who are looking to polish their Yoga posture skills.Β 
The main focus of the class however is to strengthen physical, emotional and mental well-being in order to further deepen the compassionate connection to self.
