Our Story

Bruce and Helen founded Penrith Yoga Studio in October 2016. Prior to that, Iyengar Yoga in Sydney stopped at the Inner West and started again at the Blue Mountains. We began with just Beginners Courses for a few months and 3 years on, we have a maturing studio in a vibrant community. We run classes from Beginners through Foundations to General and Advanced. We are the home of Plus Size Yoga in Penrith. As of March 2020, we are entirely online. We will be back in Penrith when we can!
