Is now the time to start taking women’s health seriously? I don’t know about you, but I’m seeing a shift for the better.

If you live with endo, here is your reminder that the pain you feel is valid and you’re not alone.

It’s okay to put yourself first, cancel plans, take rest, feel frustrated and set boundaries.

Some “w**ds” are actually traditional edible greens, but safety comes first. 🌿 Before you taste anything:
✅ Be 100% sure of ID (lookalikes exist)
✅ Harvest only from chemical-free areas (no sprays, no roadside runoff)
✅ Start with a small amount if you’ve never eaten it before
Many are best young and tender. Older leaves can get tough or bitter.
If you’re curious, try one new edible w**d at a time and learn it well 🌱
