Day Program Team Leader – Windsor, NSW

A rewarding leadership opportunity is available for an experienced and people‑focused Team Leader to support the delivery of our Day Program in Windsor, NSW. This role suits someone who enjoys guiding staff, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring participants receive high‑quality, person‑centred support.
🌟 Role Overview
The Team Leader provides day‑to‑day supervision of support workers, oversees program delivery, and ensures activities align with participant goals. The role requires sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision, guidance, and support to a team of day program staff.
- Coordinate daily operations including rosters, activity planning, and resource allocation.
- Support the development and delivery of programs that promote independence, skill‑building, and community participation.
- Maintain accurate documentation, incident reports, and participant records in line with organisational and NDIS requirements.
- Liaise with families, carers, and external stakeholders to support positive participant outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, service quality, and a positive team culture.
- Ensure compliance with WHS, safeguarding, and organisational policies.
🎯 About You
- Experience in disability or community services, ideally in a supervisory or senior support role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and support staff.
- Confident in coordinating daily operations and managing competing priorities.
- Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and person‑centred approaches.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Relevant qualifications (Cert IV Disability or equivalent) and required clearances (NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid/CPR).
