Our recent House Coordinator Training Day brought together Service Delivery Managers, Compliance, and Admin teams for a collaborative session focused on HC roles, documentation and compliance. Open discussions allowed us to share insights, address challenges and strengthen our approach to delivering consistent, high-quality support. Well done Team! 👏

🌟 Life skills in action! 🌟
This month, one of our participants has been working hard on developing their independent living skills and we couldn’t be prouder!

From planning weekly meals and shopping for ingredients, to experimenting with new recipes and preparing bulk meals for the week ahead, they’re building healthy habits and gaining confidence in the kitchen 👩‍🍳🛒

We’ve also seen fantastic teamwork, responsibility, and respectful behavior during grocery trips, a true display of independence and growth! 💪👏

On Sunday, support worker Illy and young person Bella teamed up in the kitchen to make a delicious batch of Tongan Sapasui! 🍜✨ Sapasui is a flavourful noodle dish often made with vermicelli, soy sauce, vegetables, and meat. It’s a heartwarming meal that brings people together, just like Illy and Bella did on this special cooking day! ❤️👩‍🍳 Thanks for the video, Illy!
