⏰ Shifts Available: AM & PM

A & D In Home Care is a trusted NDIS and Aged Care provider, committed to delivering person-centred support. We are also a Child Safe Organisation and are registered with the Office of the Children’s Guardian. We are currently seeking experienced Support Workers to join our team in South West Sydney, working with clients who present with complex behaviours.

About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will provide essential care and assistance to individuals with complex behaviours, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and independence. Your role may include:
✔ Behaviour support and de-escalation strategies
✔ Medication administration (must be trained)
✔ Assistance with daily living and personal care
✔ Transporting clients to appointments and community activities
✔ Promoting independence and enhancing quality of life

Requirements:
✅ Experience working with individuals with complex behaviours
✅ Current Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle
✅ All relevant compliance checks, including:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check
National Police Check
✅ First Aid & CPR certification
✅ Medication Administration training (or willingness to obtain)

Local wheelchair user, Sue Bateman, is fed up with the lack of adequate and reliable disability facilities in the local area.
