Most people have their hop distance tested before returning to sport after a knee reconstruction, but recent research is indicating that testing hop height may be a better indicator of knee function and readiness to make a return to the playing field.

If you’re not sure whether you’re quite ready to return to sport or would like some help on your rehab journey don’t hesitate to reach out to one of our physios.

Here is one of our favourite stretches for the lower back demonstrated by our physiotherapist Roxy.
It's perfect for people with general lower back stiffness and can be used as a quick warm up before exercise.

If you have a lower back injury, make sure you check in with your physio before trying any new stretches or exercises.
