🧠✨ 18-Month Milestones — What to Expect!

By 18 months, many toddlers will:
🗣️ Say about 20 single words
🧏‍♂️ Understand up to 50 words and short phrases
📦 Follow simple directions like “bring the ball”
👆 Point to familiar objects when named
🔊 Copy sounds, words & noises
🎭 Begin pretend play with objects (like feeding a doll)

These early language and play skills are key building blocks for communication and learning! Every child grows at their own pace — these are just typical signs to look for.
