Word on the Street- buried grudges! When a heart is hardened with loneliness, self hatred, resentment and bitterness it can come out as mean behaviour. This one manifested in my people this week as cruel parents or grandparents. Australian Bush flower remedies were Boab, Bauhinia and Dagger Hakkea.

When your left upper trap suddenly goes tight, half way through a conversation.. it might be a hint.. that you have emotions you just can't face.. after a really long time I realised, the body wasn't hiding emotions and didn't want to share.. it was that each persons body was saying ... I can't face certain feelings- Im going to hide from them, shut them off, close them down. The clue was I in the super reactive upper trap. IT is the canary in the coal mine of buried and hidden emotions.. unconscious! Hope to see you this Sunday at Bulli 2:30pm- 4:30 as I share my discoveries. xx

How is everyone feeling this fine Saturday?
Halloween is over, the horses have run, hubby had his birthday this week and a precious family baby was born. It's that lull before the frantic madness of pre Christmas December and end of year appointments, concerts and parties. My gorgeous extended family is getting together this weekend to celebrate life, and the older generation is travelling far to do so. How are you enjoying this weekend, and the sweetness that is spring? may you have a joyful time. xx M

Hello ! A little video as I wandered to work the other day. 9 1/2 years in to collecting emotional points for my Atlas.. and now its been a year since my ladies started helping me look at and digest my work.

Our bodies respond and react to events in certain ways, each a little different to the last person. However there is often a cross over of reactions to similar events... this video I touch on what happens when your breath is impacted

Body Wisdom Collective
Julie, Sarah, Tracy Via zoom and our newest member Sarah S! all made it to the Body Wisdom Collective this week gone. We are in the process of chewing through a pattern that links chest to top of head and mid back and traps. It taps into the frustration we feel when we feel not loved for who we are. It can change the way we perceive the world thus our response to the world and results in feeling unable to clearly tap into our intuition( super brief summary)
