Miraculously made it to Melbourne this morning for work. My 8 o’clock flight has been pushed back to 1130 am🤣🤣
I’ll need to reconsider the window needed for travel.
I love the dawn… that glow that promises warmth.. it gives me great joy. Lots of wow moments and it’s only 10 o’clock. X

I am super excited that in the dead of winter (lol) I have been invited back to Melbourne. Why am I going ? A gorgeous group of yoga peeps have asked me to help them shift feelings stuck in their bodies. It is wonderful to work with people that know their bodies well, and know when their bodies need help. If you know anyone that would value my work, please let them know I am in Victoria.. 22-24th June 2025

I'm heading to a gorgeous Art Deco Studio at 2C Penshurst St, Penshurst... yes, I am returning home! This Friday 17th May I will be seeing clients in the old building - but it is going to be fresh, new and glorious! I will be welcoming my original chiropractic clients again- as well as continuing my focus on helping people to release stress held in their body, xx M
