Peppy Beach Yoga

Peppy Beach Yoga is located in a fully equiped Yoga studio in Peppermint Grove Beach.

Traditional Yoga classes for all inspired by the teachings from the Fremantle Yoga centre.Beginners, Restorative, General and Private classes are all available.

Wednesday Night is YOGA night!!!!!!!I have finally found a fantastic space to teach a weekly class. The class will gently warm up the body, help release tension from your day, work through some classic Asana practice and end with breath work and meditation to leave you feeling balanced and restored. A perfect mid week tonic.
If you are new to Yoga or getting back into a regular practice you are very welcome. All levels welcome.

Biggest Heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who has supported Peppy Beach Yoga over the past 4 years. I have loved seeing you all each week and watching your practice develop and grow.
As most of you know the studio will close at Easter for 6 months while I embark on a new adventure.
Yoga on beautiful people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Your practice is in your hearts and bodies and I look forward to returning richer with life's experiences and continue the YOGA journey with you all.

Sept 1st 2023 arrive and then 5 days of Yoga, swim, SUP, snorkel or surf, massage, reflexology, walks and boat trips, read, laze, eat, sunset cocktails....REPEAT!

We are half way through out first term of YOGA where we have been focussing on cooling practices to keep us well in body and mind.

The current timetable has an additional class which gives students a gentle class to help when you are recovering from COVID or the flu, an operation, have pain in your body. This is now at 4:30pm on a Tuesday if you want to come along. All poses will be modified to suit your needs.

TUES 9:00-10:15am All levels
4:30-5:30 Back pain, recovery from illness, gentle
6:15-7:30 All levels
WED 6:15- 7:30pm All levels/ Restorative
