We hold trauma, emotions and pain in our body. The more we ignore this the more dis-ease we store in our body. We need to go deep within, acknowledge and feel the pain to disolve and alchemise it. Accepting and loving all aspects of ourselves is the way to living a life of true authenticity. This is true freedom😍
