Why do we Screen ??
How important is the screening process of our clients during initial consultation ?
This is a question that will be debated by many.

Screening is often the most important interaction we may have with our client, as this provides us with the opportunity to recognise imbalances within the body and analyse how the body moves. Our responsibility as coaches is not only to provide an effective workout but also a safe workout. And this is only possible if we understand our clients limitations.
This is a continual process that we as coaches must not overlook.

No matter the amount of experience you possess as a personal trainer. Never overlook the fundamentals and understanding that the more information we have from our client's the more effective our training will be. fitspo
