Heart Centred Journey Review

Heart Centred Journeys. It’s all in the name! Tony and I built a really strong connection. I was able to share with Tony some deep, meaningful and vulnerable events in my life.
Tony creates a safe container online before meeting in person and throughout the journey I felt willing to feel into my pain, and by doing that, it was a really healing experience.
Tony supported me to listen to myself more deeply, trust my experiences, be kind to myself and to continue building a healthy relationship with myself.
It’s been a next level experience being able to explore this. I highly recommend Tony, he’s an amazing therapist and I’m really grateful for the experience

Gratitude for the work achieved when you show up and recieve, let go, trust and be open.

I was fortunate enough to meet Tony at Heart Centred Journeys at a time in my life when i was struggling with a significant loss. Tony has helped me immensely with his gentle guidance and support. He has a deep caring and desire to help others and this was obvious to me in the thoughtful, caring effort he placed on preparing, facilitating and integrating my personal journey. I felt safe and able to surrender to what my own heart needed because Tony had provided an environment that allowed me to do so. I highly recommend Tony and Heart Centred Journeys and can wholeheartedly say that it has changed my life and my future.

I have had the pleasure of doing some work with Tony. I have Complex trauma/PTSD. I found Tony to be intuitive, perceptive, compassionate and kind. Very knowledgeable. So grateful to the clients that take the time to review my services. Feeling Blessed.

I don't usually write reviews but this experience was worth sharing. My deep journey with Tony was absolutely incredible. It was the most amazing experience in my life so far. I felt totally safe and supported. I really loved his gentle and clear approach with sincerity and sensitivity. I'm feeling joyful and excited. Absolute sensations, positive feelings and love. Deeply honoured by the reveiws I receive, being present with my purpose and trusting.

As a neurodivergent man in midlife, I came to this work carrying decades of self-criticism, anxiety, and low self-worth. I’d engaged in traditional therapy and medication for many years, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), but progress was slow.
My Heart Centred Journey with Tony was different. From the outset, he created a compassionate space that felt deeply safe and accessible.
Tony’s approach is holistic, thoughtfully integrating contemporary science, ancient traditions, and the full sensory experience. Although he is not an IFS practitioner, his work integrated seamlessly with my existing IFS therapy.
Just one week on, I can already feel a meaningful shift — more presence, more energy, and more space from old critical patterns. That has allowed me to be more present with what matters most: my wife and children.
Thank you, Tony. This process is still unfolding, but it has clearly planted the seeds of positive change in my life.

Men of Noosa & the Sunshine Coast — this is a genuine invitation.
In one week’s time, I’ll be hosting an information evening in Noosa alongside two other facilitators, on behalf of Men’s Wellbeing, for the Common Ground program.
📅 Tuesday 27th January
🕖 7:00pm – 9:00pm
📍 Noosa Pengari Steiner School
This evening is simply a chance to learn what the program is about, feel into whether it’s right for you, and ask questions — no pressure and no obligation.
Common Ground is a 9-week program for a small group of 10–12 men, creating space for honest conversations and meaningful reflection around relationships, masculinity, and intimacy — in a way that’s practical, respectful, and real.
Men who take part often speak about changes that continue well beyond the program — in how they relate, communicate, and show up in their lives, families, and work.
This program is for men from all walks of life and is accessible to all. You don’t need to have anything figured out — simply show up as you are. There’s no judgement and no bravado, just honesty and respect. All men are welcome.
👉 Women are very welcome to attend this information night as well — whether you’re supporting a man in your life or simply curious to understand what this work offers.

MEN OF THIS COMMUNITY – THIS COULD BE FOR YOU. READ ON.

This isn’t for every man.
But if you’re reading this and something tightens in your chest — it’s probably for you.

If you’re a good man who:

Holds it together for everyone else

Feels disconnected, flat, or on edge

Loves his partner and kids but knows he could show up better

Is tired of carrying everything alone

I want you to know something — you’re not broken.
You’re just not meant to do life in isolation.

I didn’t realise how much I was carrying until I sat in a room with other men who were willing to be honest.
No fixing.
No advice.
No pretending.

Just men listening, speaking truth, and learning how to show up with more presence, steadiness, and connection.

That experience changed my life — and it’s why I now help facilitate Common Ground, a men’s program run through Men’s Wellbeing that has quietly supported thousands of men, their partners, families, and communities.

What this actually is

A 9-week men’s program

Around 12 men — not a crowd

Emotions & pressure

This is not therapy.

After finishing up another Men's program and sending them into their own group to support and grow together in life it fills my heart with gratitude for the experiences I get to witness as men show up for themselves, their families and each other. The level of vulnerability that is shared creates so much strength in their character and the comments they get from loved ones and friends during the program adds to them leaning in further, looking closer in the mirror and the shadows to see what is their to be let go of, accepted and transformed. Gratitude to the Men that decide now is the time to step deeper into their own growth. What a gift and inspiration it is to follow and share these experiences.

Grateful to receive these reviews from those who commit to themselves and this journey.

I had the privilege of experiencing a Heart-Centred Couples session facilitated by Tony with deep care and genuine intention. The experience provided a safe and nurturing space to connect on a deeper level, fostering understanding and harmony in my relationship. The facilitation was intuitive, compassionate, and skillfully guided, leaving me with insights that have continued to enrich my life. The space to be, to tune in and to sit with it all. Quite often this can be avoided as it is labelled as tuning out. Quite often when I sit for long enough I am aware of a tuning in instead of a tuning out. As I sat last year in preparation for my vision quest I was asked not to take any of my daily practices with me. What, not do my yoga practice, my breathwork practice, my meditation practice. When I allowed myself to understand this further I was able to see that these practices can also become a distraction at times for me to tuning in. Sure there can be plenty of distractions in nature AND there can also be tuning in.

Know I allow there to be these times where I go into nature without my daily practice and put myself in a position to tune in without expectations. Allow myself to sift through and listen to what's around me and what is being said.

Today was one of those days emmersed in nature and what flowed was a beautiful flow of connection that I am very grateful for.
