That’s 100% effort, not the half-arsed 2/4 s**t that gets you fkn nowhere. You don’t bake a cake with half the ingredients and expect it to turn out properly do you?! 🧁😂

Same with training → full effort = full results. Half effort = excuses and a sore arse from sitting too much.

💦 PSA for my fellow “old f**kers” (yes, that’s me too 🤣): Drink your damn water. And no, coffee and wine don’t count.

But here’s the kicker 👉 if you’re peri or post menopause, your bladder is not the legend it once was (let’s be honest, it taps out way earlier these days 🙄).

So get most of your water in by 3pm, or you’ll be up all bloody night doing laps to the loo instead of getting the good sleep your body actually needs! 💛🤷🏼‍♀️

Strong, hydrated, well-rested = winning 👊

I’m nearly 54. Menopausal. Love icecream. Hate bulls**t diets 🍦🍦

And gues what? I’m kicking off a 16-week fat loss phase of my own. Nothing fu***ng fancy. No challenge. No pills or potions or detox friggen teas. ❌

Just the boring-ass-but-BRILLIANT basics: lift heavy s**t, eat like an adult (not a teenage boy 🤨), move your body, rest. Rinse, repeat. Oh, and let’s not forget …. be patient as all f**k!!!

I’m gonna document the good, the bad, and the swear-y along the way so you can see how bloody doable this really is.

🚨FACT: You’re meant to suck at new things 🙄🤣

Here’s me proving the point by absolutely sucking at aerials 🤦‍♀️😂 It’s waaay harder than it looks (seriously, hats off to Mak and her fellow aerialists).

But here’s the thing 👉 if I want to suck a little less, I’ve gotta keep showing up and practicing. No shortcuts.

Same deal with strength training 💪 and hitting your protein 🍗.

At first you’ll feel awkward AF with the movements, your muscles will scream, and nailing your protein targets will feel almost impossible.

BUT… practice that s**t → keep lifting, keep eating, keep learning → and you will get better.

That’s literally the game: little improvements stacked over time = massive results. 🔥

So embrace the suck factor, laugh at yourself along the way, and keep bloody going! 💚

After 12 months of online coaching I FINALLY got to meet these legends in person — and holy s**t… they’ve been WORKING 👏 THEIR 👏 BUTTS 👏 OFF.

Literally. Anna — about 10kg worth 😆💪
And Cilla — stronger, fitter & fiercer than ever 🔥

My coaching is never about that “lose 10kg in 6 weeks then stack it all back on” crap 🙄. Nope. This is the slow, steady, can-still-eat-ice-cream 🍦 fat loss that actually sticks. The kinda change that means you feel fitter, stronger, more confident… and not bloody terrified of carbs anymore 🙌.

What I’ve loved most is seeing these girls SHOW UP week after week — through work, family chaos, and the wild ride that is peri/menopause 🌀. Proof that when you play the long game, the results take care of themselves.

Want It? Prove It. 🤔 Yup you can say it all you want .. but you gotta suck it up and follow through.

Everyone wants to be stronger, leaner, fitter, more confident… but not everyone is willing to do what it takes.

Because guess what?

You have to get comfortable being uncomfortable. You have to do the hard s**t - again and again. And you have to do it while everyone else is out there looking for magic friggen pills and shortcuts. (Oh, they don’t fu***ng exist in case you wondered! )

Most people won’t:

❌ Lift heavy when it feels hard (but will complain about being weak).

❌ Eat proper meals (but will snack all day and wonder why they’re hungry, feel like s**t & have constant cravings).

❌ Keep going when progress feels slow (but expect incredible results in 6 weeks). 🤦‍♀️

If you want real results … you have to be the person who does the work!! 💪🔥

Success isn’t about talent, luck, or some BS “good metabolism.” It’s about choosing discipline over excuses, consistency over comfort, and action over waiting for the perfect time (Ahhh : there isn’t one - you are never going to be less busy!)

So, are you willing to do what others won’t?

Because that’s the difference between those who wish for it and those who fkn earn it.

Eat Like You Actually Enjoy Life 🍕🍫🍷

Food is fuel - yeah, yeah, we know. 🙄

But it’s also fun, delicious and social, and if your “healthy eating plan” makes you miserable, you’re doing it W R O N G!!

You do not need to survive on dry-ass chicken, steamed broccoli, and plain rice to be fit, strong, and lean. And you sure as s**t don’t need to be that person who turns down a homemade cookie from a six-year-old because it’s not “clean.” F**k that. Eat the damn cookie. 🍪

The key?

80% of the time, eat the good stuff that makes your body thrive. 🥩🥑🥦

The other 20%?

Enjoy life. ✨
Have the brownie. 🍫
Drink the wine. 🍷
Order the burger. 🍔

Balance means you get to be strong, lean, and healthy without your diet tasting like a dog’s dick (which, let’s be honest, is what most strict meal plans seem like 🥴).

Eat in a way that fuels your body AND makes you happy. I promise your body will love you right back. ❤️🔥

Look, I get it. You say you want to be toned, and I know what you mean - lean, strong, defined. But here’s the kicker… “toned” isn’t a real thing. 😫 It’s just muscle + low body fat.

And you don’t get that by doing 100 reps with teeny tiny friggen pink dumbbells and praying to the fitness gods.

You get it by:
✅ Lifting heavy s**t
✅ Eating optimal amounts of protein
✅ Fueling your body like someone who actually wants results

Because here’s the deal - if you’re in your 40s, 50s, or beyond, strength isn’t just a nice bonus - it’s a friggen NECESSITY!!!!! 🤓

You’ve got one body - and if it’s not working, nothing else you spend money on will matter. That weekend brunch? That daily take-away coffee? More clothes, nails, lashes … yup all fun, but none of it means much if you’re feeling tired, weak or uncomfortable in your own skin.

Feeling strong, healthy and capable is worth so much more 💪
