👉️ Awesome insights from into feels and feedback from when looking to establish changes in the backswing 👊⁠⁠
I felt like something was off at the top of my backswing that was causing a bunch of instability issues with my oneclub swings…basically my hands and arms were too far “behind” the center of my chest, which caused me to have to try and speed them up in the downswing. Added head sway to the right, loss of balance (forward) in the follow through and basically an inconsistent swing. So I added to the to keep my hands/arms centered and therefore, create a better, more balanced kinematic movement. Feels much better, follow through is not knocking me off balance and helped with the inconsistent head sway to the right in the back swing. Much more centered, repeatable swing with the arms in the right position at the top. Great feels.⁠

Which flavour GravityFit TPro do you prefer? And did you know the TPro bands are interchangeable?

As a basic guideline here’s what we recommend ..

🟡 The TPro Yellow offers the lightest resistance, and we advise golfers to use this if they are using the TPro for drills and hitting shots - perfect for putting, chipping and full swings.

🟢 The TPro Green uses firmer resistance bands and is excellent for exercise to build shoulder and spinal strength and stability.

🔴 The TPro Red uses slightly shorter bands and medium resistance, and is designed for juniors and golfers with smaller frames.

🟡🟢 Our best selling Swing Kit contains both the yellow and green bands so you can swap and change depending on your requirements.

🟡🔴 Our Junior Kit is the perfect combination for Junior Academies and elite Junior Golfers.

🟡🟢🔴 And our ever popular Super Kit - the favourite of coaches with all three resistance bands.
