Totally overwhelmed?
Time for a brain dump.
If you feel like your head is so full it’s about to explode you have to try this.
2 simple steps.

Step 1- purge.. write down your thoughts, feelings , tasks, random fears, lists, anything. No structure or rules, just pour it onto a big blank page..

Step 2- organise and prioritise. What’s urgent? What needs your attention right away and what can wait? Start organising in lists and get support if necessary watch how your mind starts to calm.
