🤍 White Moon Cycle 🤍
During my last cycle I bled with the Red Moon.
A red moon cycle: Where a woman’s sacred bleed is initiated on the full moon, her ovulation linking up with the new moon.
The red moon cycle is associated with the Creatress phase of life. With an ovulation that occurs alongside the new moon, it suggests an outward energy in a woman’s life. A time for self-realisation, creativity, business and development.
However as my cycle, stretched out again once more, my body slowly returning to some sort of rhythm, healing from miscarriage, we started approaching the new moon so we called in a white moon cycle bleed.
A white moon cycle: Where a woman’s sacred bleed syncs with the new moon, her ovulation occurring with the full moon.
The white moon cycle is associated with the Mother phase of life, as it traditionally follows the moon phases that support fullness and fertility. The essence of life is felt as an inward energy. A time to nourish the self, the family and the home.

🤍 Taking time to stare at the moon, focusing on my bleed arriving with the black moonless sky
and….sure enough as the new moon rose in Taurus…I began to bleed 🤍
Moving into the mother cycle is such a gift and we plan to take full advantage of it 🥰
