Hello Seekers

I have always made my own potions, natural skincare and remedies. As a child of healthfood shop owners and healers nature has always been my medicine. I have created some Oils and Sprays with the intention to help people raise their vibrations and help them on their journey. I use all-natural ingredients in the products I make at Seekers

Supplies and source from ethical companies. I create everything with love and intention to help others! I know by experience (oh boy, do I!) that by taking time to create rituals that make you feel happy, balanced and relaxed, you will in return learn to stop, slow down and listen to your heart, hear what your body is saying and help define what your soul is being called to do. It will help you feel more balanced, present and expansive.....yuussss! Thanks for visiting!

Happy international Women's Day! I love you sisters. xo

In the heart of the forest, beneath the moon's soft glow,
A sacred space for womanhood, where secret rivers flow.
A place where whispers of the ancients softly tread,
Weaving tales of wisdom, in the threads of life they've led.

Here, in this sanctuary, where each soul finds its peace,
The chains of old are broken, and all the captives released.
A dance of light and shadow, under the canopy of stars,
Celebrating the essence of being, healing all the scars.

Woman, you are the portal, between the earth and sky,
Bearing the torch of life, with wings you soar so high.
Embraced by the universe, in you, all mysteries dwell,
Guardian of the sacred, you break every confining shell.

With every step you're weaving, the fabric of the divine,
In your eyes, the universe, and all the stars align.
Your voice, a melody that stirs the ancient trees,
A song of liberation, carried on the evening breeze.

You are the nurturer, the warrior, the sage,
A testament of courage, undimmed by age.
In your heart, the power of the gentle and the fierce,
With love that moves mountains, and silence that can pierce.

This poem, a tribute, to the strength that you possess,
To your boundless love, and your gracefulness.
Woman, in you, the sacred found its home,
Through you, the beauty of the universe is shown.

May this sacred space remind you of your light,
A beacon in the darkness, shining ever bright.
Woman, may you always dance, free and wild,
Honored, cherished, nature's beloved child.

WOMB WISDOM WEDNESDAY :

Today I want to talk about WOMB WISDOM and discuss what it is and why it's so important for all woman. Our Womb is this beautiful space that is the source of feminine power and universal creation but we are not taught about it!

I am a trained Womb Wisdom practitioner which is someone who works on the energetics of the womb space which is the place most woman hold a lot of trauma. Whether it be sexual , relationships, physical or ancestral. I decided to train in it after a session I did changed my life forever. The funny thing was I didn't even know what it was at the time but a great friend and mentor led me there and it literally changed the trajectory of my whole life. I will share this in a whole other post.

Now lets talk about WHAT IS WOMB WISDOM?

𓆃 Womb wisdom is a profound and empowering concept that encourages women to recognize and embrace the power and intuition rooted in their womb, the very cradle of life and creativity. This idea isn't just about the physical aspect of the womb but delves deep into its symbolic and energetic significance as the epicenter of feminine energy, intuition, and creation. Here's a breakdown of what it is and why it's essential for women to acknowledge, listen to, and create from this sacred space.

Why Women Need to Acknowledge and Listen to Their Womb Wisdom

𓆃 Source of Feminine Power: The womb is the source of life, making it inherently powerful. Recognizing this power can help women feel more grounded, confident, and in control of their lives. It's a reminder of their strength and resilience.

𓆃 Deepens Intuition: The womb is often associated with a heightened sense of intuition. By listening to their womb wisdom, women can make more aligned choices that reflect their true desires and needs, leading to more fulfilling lives.

𓆃 Emotional Healing: The womb holds emotions and experiences, serving as a repository for both joy and trauma. By connecting with their womb, women can unlock and heal emotional wounds, leading to greater well-being and emotional freedom.

𓆃 Enhances Creativity: The womb is not only the birthplace of life but also of ideas, dreams, and projects. Acknowledging womb wisdom can unlock unparalleled creativity, encouraging women to bring their unique contributions to the world.

𓆃 Connection to Universal Creation: The womb's cycles mirror the cycles of nature and the universe, fostering a deep connection to the earth and the cosmos. This connection can provide women with a sense of belonging and understanding of their place in the universe.

𓆃 Creating from the Womb Space
Creating from the womb space means allowing this sacred source of feminine power to guide one's creative expressions, decisions, and life path. It involves tuning into the body's natural rhythms, honoring its signals, and allowing the intuitive and creative energies that arise from the womb to inspire and shape one's endeavors. This approach can lead to more authentic, empowered, and impactful creations, whether in art, career, relationships, or personal growth.

In essence, womb wisdom is a celebration of the feminine, a call to honor the intuitive, creative, and powerful space within. It encourages women to reconnect with their bodies, harness their inherent strength, and live more harmoniously with the natural world. By acknowledging and listening to their womb wisdom, women can unlock their full potential, embracing their role as creators in the broadest, most profound sense.

I personally believe we all have the power to be our own healers. That first big step is listening to our own internal voice/Intuition. This process is wonderful at reminding us of this.

Over the next few weeks I will be talking about the various aspects of Womb Wisdom and Womb Healing and how it is being used in a modern context as well as it's indigenous roots. I'll also be talking about my journey with it and how it has shaped me to where I'm at now.

Fennel Tea: Fennel tea is often used to relieve menstrual symptoms such as bloating and cramping due to its anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic properties.

WHAT IS WOMB HEALING ?
Womb healing refers to a variety of holistic and therapeutic practices aimed at supporting the physical, emotional, and spiritual health of the womb, which is a central aspect of female reproductive health. The concept of womb healing stems from the belief that the womb is not only a physical organ but also an emotional and energetic center that holds experiences, traumas, and creative potential
Here are some key points about womb healing:

Holistic Approach: Womb healers typically use a combination of techniques that might include herbal medicine, massage, energy work like Reiki, sound therapy, and guided meditation.

Emotional and Spiritual Healing: They often address emotional blockages and traumas that are believed to be held in the womb area, helping to release negative energy and promote emotional well-being.

Empowerment and Education: Womb healers also aim to empower women to understand and connect with their bodies more deeply, providing education about menstrual health and reproductive wellness.

Cultural Practices: Many womb healing practices draw on ancient traditions and cultural rituals that honor the womb as a sacred space of creation and life.

It's essential for anyone interested in womb healing to approach it with an open mind and also to ensure that they consult with licensed healthcare professionals for medical issues. Womb healing is often used as a complementary approach alongside conventional medical treatments rather than a substitute. .

WHO NEEDS TEA RECIPES FOR SLEEP ..... I DO!

I caught a lurgy and have had THE WORST nights sleep for the past few days and have a VERY busy week of potion making ahead for an upcoming Bewitching Beauty Spa Day where I'll be having all my healing sprays. So I have to get some decent sleep now I'm on the tail end of the cough side of things . . so here are some lil herbal helpers.

Herbal tea blends can be a soothing way to ease into a more relaxed state before bedtime. Here are some herbs commonly used to create teas for promoting better sleep:

1. **Chamomile**: Renowned for its relaxing and sedative properties, chamomile is perhaps one of the most well-known herbs for inducing sleep.

2. **Valerian Root**: Often referred to as “nature’s Valium,” valerian root has been used for centuries to combat insomnia, anxiety, and restlessness.

3. **Lavender**: Known for its calming scent, lavender can also be ingested in tea form to help reduce stress and improve sleep quality.

4. **Lemon Balm**: This herb can help reduce anxiety and promote sleep. It’s often mixed with other herbs to enhance its effects.

5. **Passionflower**: Studies suggest that passionflower increases the production of GABA, a chemical the brain makes to help regulate mood, which can help you relax and sleep better.

6. **Peppermint**: While peppermint is often thought of as a digestive aid, its muscle-relaxing properties can also be conducive to sleep.

7. **Magnolia Bark**: Magnolia bark has compounds that may help reduce sleep disturbances and help you fall asleep faster.

Here's a simple recipe for a sleep-promoting herbal tea blend:

- 2 parts dried chamomile flowers
- 1 part dried lavender buds
- 1 part dried lemon balm leaves
- 1 part dried passionflower leaves

To prepare the tea:

1. Mix the herbs together in a bowl.
2. Use about 1 tablespoon of the blend per cup of hot water.
3. Steep the herbs in boiling water for 5-10 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.
4. Strain the herbs from the water and pour the tea into a cup.
5. Optionally, you can add a natural sweetener like honey to taste.
6. Enjoy your tea about 30-60 minutes before bedtime to help your body relax and prepare for sleep.

It's important to note that while these herbs are generally safe, they can interact with certain medications and medical conditions. It's always best to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new herbal regimen, especially if you have health issues or are pregnant or breastfeeding.

I LOVE TEA!!! I am always on the tea train. It's a happy part of my daily routine. Teas can be a beneficial addition to a woman's health regimen, offering a little bit of self love with each cup. Here are some teas for female health that I use. :

Raspberry Leaf Tea: Often consumed by women during pregnancy and childbirth due to its reputed ability to tone the uterus and support a healthy pregnancy. It is also believed to help alleviate menstrual cramps and regulate menstrual cycles.

Peppermint Tea: Helps relieve symptoms of bloating, indigestion, and nausea, which are common during menstruation and pregnancy. It can also promote relaxation and soothe digestive discomfort.

Chamomile Tea: Known for its calming and anti-inflammatory properties, making it useful for reducing menstrual cramps, anxiety, and stress. It may also help promote restful sleep, which is important for overall well-being.

Nettle Tea: Rich in vitamins and minerals, including iron, which can help support healthy blood circulation and alleviate symptoms of anemia, a common concern for women, especially during menstruation and pregnancy.

Ginger Tea: Often used to relieve nausea, motion sickness, and digestive discomfort. It can be particularly beneficial during pregnancy to alleviate morning sickness and support healthy digestion.

Dandelion Root Tea: To support liver health and promote detoxification, which can be beneficial for hormone balance and overall well-being. It may also help alleviate symptoms of bloating and water retention.

Fennel Tea: Known for its carminative properties, making it useful for relieving digestive issues such as gas, bloating, and indigestion.

Red Clover Tea: Rich in phytoestrogens, plant compounds that mimic the effects of estrogen in the body. It is often used to support hormonal balance, relieve menopausal symptoms, and promote overall reproductive health.

When incorporating teas into your diet, please choose High- quality, Organic teas. Loose leaf in a plunger is best to avoid bleaches in teabags.
** Please note ** Teas can great offer benefits, however they should not replace medical treatment or advice from a qualified healthcare provider.

I was on the phone with my 80yr old dad yesterday and he was saying he's been hitting the Green smoothies. I've been having them for breakfast for about the last 15 years (possibly more... probably more). My stomach loves it, it's quick and it give me the best start to my day. I sneak in extra nutrients with herbs and powders depending what I feel my body needs. Dad was saying how he wanted some ideas so I thought I'd start posting some here. Here some that are great for your skin!

Green smoothies are not just tasty, but they can be fantastic for your skin, thanks to their high vitamin and mineral content. Here are five recipes that can help give your skin a healthy glow:

1. **Avocado & Spinach Smoothie**
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 cups of fresh spinach leaves
- 1 banana for sweetness
- 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt (for protein and a creamy texture)
- 1 cup of almond milk (or any other milk of your choice)
- A handful of ice cubes
- Optional: a teaspoon of honey or agave syrup for extra sweetness

2. **Cucumber & Kale Cooler**
- 1 cup of kale leaves, stems removed
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1 green apple, cored and sliced
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds (for omega-3s)
- 1 cup of coconut water
- A handful of ice cubes

3. **Glowing Green Tea Smoothie**
- 1 cup of brewed green tea, cooled
- 1 cup of baby spinach
- 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup of frozen mango chunks
- Juice of 1 lime
- Optional: a teaspoon of matcha powder for an extra antioxidant boost

4. **Berry & Beetroot Blast**
- 1/2 cup of beetroot, cooked and sliced
- 1 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 banana for creaminess
- 1 cup of baby spinach
- 1 cup of water or orange juice
- A handful of ice cubes

5. **Ginger & Pear Power Smoothie**
- 1 ripe pear, cored and sliced
- 1 banana for sweetness
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
- 2 cups of kale or spinach
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds or h**p seeds
- 1 cup of almond milk
- A pinch of cinnamon

For each recipe, blend all the ingredients together until smooth. If you find the smoothie too thick, you can add more liquid (water, milk, or juice) to reach your desired consistency.

mmm.... they make me so happy! I swear my body screams with happiness when I drink them.
