Happy 2025, the Jubilee Year. According to Chinese astrology the year of the Snake which is associated with transformation, renewal and spiritual growth. Snakes are known for shedding their skin which symbolises the process of letting go of the old and embracing the new. Hence if you haven’t reached out for support it’s not a weakness. Don’t struggle alone, talk to someone, professional help is out there!
