FUN FACTS YOU MAY NOT KNOW ABOUT ME 👋🏼

1️⃣ I was born in England. My family left when I was a toddler to live in Reunion Island. When we moved again, it was to Australia and I was 6 years old. At the time, my younger brother and I only spoke French. 🏝

2️⃣ I met my husband at church in our late teens. This year will be our 10th wedding anniversary. 💘

3️⃣ I am a proud boy mum of 3. My boys remind me everyday to love hard, live a life well spent, and laugh. Don’t be surprised if you’re ever greeted with a dinosaur roar! 😂

4️⃣ I was a vocalist for many years. This lead me to become a children’s performer, working throughout Australia and New Zealand for 7 years, in 2 groups. The first was a circus and acrobatics, singing and dancing group. We had our own music and stage production, and also held incursions to primary schools. The second was a pop duo. We also had our own music and stage productions, as well as our own television program which aired on pay TV across the globe, plus we provided motivational presentations to tweens. From there I returned to Perth and freelanced, performing at regular gigs, as well as for weddings and corporate events, whilst also singing at church. Since becoming a mum, I mainly sing for my boys. 🎤

I am super thankful for my mum! 💖

Always looking out for my brother and I growing up, she made sure to provide us with the best food and nutrition. The more she discovered, the greater the benefit to us, and this continues still.

This set me up in such a positive way to best understand how to look after myself and my health, which now extends to my children.

Along the way, she found Dr Ray Strand, and I am thankful for that too! Not only have I read some of his work, I have also been fortunate to hear him speak. And each time, I have learned so much!

I've been asked before, "Why don't you drink out of a normal water bottle?". I thought I would answer here, in case you were curious too.
