Art of Bodywork®️ Levels 1 & 2
Training done!
A little bit of history made right here this weekend with:
🙌🏻 The first time anyone other than Alastair has taught this body of his work
🙌🏻 The first class in Australia since 2018 and
🙌🏻 Dual classes taught on the same day in Australia and Scotland, by myself and Alastair. (Also first!)

What I’m most proud of though is these incredible women!
Experienced, curious, dedicated practitioners wanting to treat the causative factors in people’s pain and misalignment.
The discussions were inspiring, the results were exciting, and Australia now has 5 new Art of Bodywork®️ (L1&2) trained practitioners with MAGIC HANDS!! 🙌🏻

I also received some beautiful feedback about my teaching which was the sparkles on an already iced cake 🥰💖

Only about 10% of scars are visible, but the effects run deep.
Pain, emotional discomfort, reduced ROM, lymphatic issues, appearance...
