Hey everyone!

I just wanted to tell you all that I will be focusing more on FB in the new year when I have time to focus on the algorithm, so FB can start to share my posts :) For now you can catch me on Instagram for anything more up-to-date.

www.misshypnotherapy.com.au will be out in 2 weeks, so be sure to check that out.

I have now added Linktree to my social media accounts and I have just added a free audio download called "Connection", for anyone that wants to check out my voice or to see how my mind works. It's full of cute random facts about connection followed by tips on how to connect.

I have also just released my first Self-Hypnosis Audio for "Finding Love at Christmas" for anyone who has love on the brain!!

Are you dating your mum?
Or perhaps you've gone for your dad? 🙃

Yes it's totally weird and no, it's not just you!

We date people that are familiar to us and when these relationships are damaged we look for the same "story line", hoping that if we can change the end, it will somehow make everything better.

But it doesn't work!

Stop trying to change the ending of a really bad story. Go to therapy and create a much better start that a fantastic partner will finish with you ❤
