Meditation isn't a mystical ritual; it's more like hitting the pause button to unwind and be calm. In our crazy world, it's the perfect way that allows us to pause, breathe, and refresh. 🌬️

With each inhale, invite feelings of gratitude to flow into your heart. With each exhale, release any tension or resistance. Let this practice nourish your soul and uplift your spirit.

🧘‍♀️ Physical Practice: Heart-Opening Yoga Poses 🧘‍♂️

1. Reclined Butterfly Pose (Supta Baddha Konasana): Begin by lying on your back with the soles of your feet together, allowing your knees to open towards the sides. Let your arms rest gently with palms facing up. Breathe deeply, feeling the gentle expansion of your chest and the softening of your heart centre. Under the celestial canopy of the Lunar New Year, we are graced by the majestic presence of the Dragon. 🐉✨ In the ancient tapestry of the Chinese zodiac, the Dragon's tale is one of mythical grandeur and profound significance. Legend tells of the Dragon's ascent to the Jade Emperor's heavenly realm, where it traversed great distances to finish fifth in the cosmic race.

This celestial journey symbolizes the Dragon's tenacious spirit, its ability to overcome obstacles, and its unwavering commitment to honour. Within the Year of the Dragon, we find echoes of this epic odyssey, reminding us to embrace our paths with resilience, grace, and fierce determination.

On the mat, we harness the Dragon's boundless energy to fuel our practice, infusing every breath, and every movement, with the essence of divine strength and transformation.
